Create Peekling Theme

Require brand tokens, page context, supported accents, browser targets, and accessibility goals.

Keep theme in host CSS/semantic HTML. Never write pack strings into HTML or alter closed Shadow DOM internals.
Define semantic tokens, focus/hover/pressed states, 44px targets, responsive/zoom behavior, reduced motion, and contrast. Character/art references inform content only when licensed.
Preserve the live runtime as product proof and prevent controls/tooltips from blocking pointer behavior.
Run contrast, keyboard, overflow, no-JS, CSP, performance, and screenshot audits. Route character appearance changes to create-peekling-skin.

Use only capabilities actually available. If a required command/tool cannot run, provide the exact handoff and state that it remains unverified. The workflow is agent-neutral.

agents/openai.yaml
