Writing Process

Step 1: Understand the Task

Step 2: Writing Preparation

Step 3: Section-by-Section Writing

1. Write a paragraph outline (topic sentence for each paragraph)
2. Expand into complete paragraphs
3. Insert citations and data
4. Add transition sentences
5. Self-check the completeness of the section

Step 4: Integration

1. Check the coherence of the full text
2. Unify terminology and symbols

Writing Specifications

Academic Language
