You can start directly with the current visual settings; the script is read only when the prompt needs to confirm story state. Look Development is an optional branch. First confirm the use: identity board, look/state variant, location board, prop board, combined production sheet, or comparison style frame. When the storyboard requires a production end frame, you can materialize the accepted 'end keyframe prompt' as an independent 
IMG-...
state sheet entry: specify the source SHOT and endpoint, reuse visual facts and reference scope, and do not redesign the action. Actual generation uses that IMG entry as the source.
Creator-readable notes follow the project language; copyable body text follows 
short-drama.json#/format/prompt_language
. When 
short-drama.json
is absent, the body text defaults to 
en
and remains consistent within the same task; the prompt language cannot be inferred from the creator's note language.

Workflow

  1. 锁定这一张图要固定的身份、状态、空间或比较变量。
  2. 只读所需资产事实、视觉方向、负面约束和已提供参考图。
  3. 按“主体与身份锚点 → 当前变体 → 构图/视角 → 光色/材质 → 背景边界 → 禁止项”写正文。

  5. 检查身份与变体、文字政策、视角和光线是否冲突。
  6. 用户要全部资产就完成全部，资产组只是内部批次。
  1. Pin down the identity, state, space, or comparison variables that this image is meant to fix.
  2. Only read the required asset facts, visual direction, negative constraints, and provided reference images.
  3. Write the body in the order: 'subject and identity anchor → current variant → composition/perspective → light/color/material → background boundary → forbidden items'.
  4. Each reference controls only the explicit part of identity, look, geography, composition, or style, and write the 
    usage
    from the closed vocabulary in the 
    REF-...
    slot.
  5. Check for conflicts between identity and variants, text policy, perspective, and lighting.
  6. If the user wants all assets, complete all of them; asset groups are only internal batches.

Prompt Requirements

  • 开头先写对象和用途，不用风格词淹没身份。
  • 只包含当前图能同时满足的要求；多视图/状态对照写清版面关系。
  • 保留稳定识别锚点，变体只改允许变化的部分。
  • 被《视觉设定.md》连续性锁点名的条目，锁面原样出现在可复制正文里，让这张参考图本身就把跨镜事实定住。
  • 避免无验证作用的质量词堆砌。
  • 可见文字、logo、水印、界面和字幕明确允许或禁止。
  • 正文可直接复制，不含占位符、流程说明、文件路径或 QA 结论。
  • Start with the subject and purpose; don't overwhelm the identity with style words.
  • Include only requirements that the current image can satisfy simultaneously; for multi-view/state comparisons, clearly describe the layout relationship.
  • Keep stable identity anchors; variants only change the parts allowed to vary.
  • For entries named by the continuity lock points in 
    视觉设定.md
    , the locked surface appears verbatim in the copyable body so that the reference image itself fixes cross-shot facts.
  • Avoid piling up quality words that have no validation effect.
  • Explicitly allow or forbid visible text, logos, watermarks, interfaces, and subtitles.
  • The body text must be directly copyable, containing no placeholders, process notes, file paths, or QA conclusions.

The task is complete when every named object has a clear purpose, copyable body text, reference boundaries, and forbidden items, and none of them conflict with one another. When this request also revises storyboards, refresh the affected shots' 'image prompt items' in the current round; do not create a separate reconciliation artifact. Actual generation must go through 
$short-drama-produce
, presenting the precise task and obtaining explicit confirmation; this skill does not call external services. Once the five creative documents are complete, you may use 
$short-drama
to perform a mechanical cross-document structure check; content quality remains the creator's responsibility.
