Defer judgment during divergence. Keep generate (Prime, Diverge, Connect) separate from Harvest (pick and plan).
How to run it with this skill: one clearly headed section per phase in this order: Prime → Diverge → Connect → Harvest. Optional Perspectives beat only when noted in Setup.

发散阶段暂缓评判。将生成环节(预热、发散、联结)与筛选规划环节(挑选与规划)分开进行。
使用本Skill执行的方式: 按以下顺序为每个阶段设置清晰的标题:预热 → 发散 → 联结 → 筛选规划。仅当准备阶段明确说明时,才加入可选的视角转换环节。

Setup (run before starting)

准备阶段(开始前执行)

In one short block:
  1. Creative brief — goal, audience, constraints (time, tone, taboos)
  2. Default pass — Prime → Diverge → Connect → Harvest (state this line)
If constraints are missing, ask at most 3 clarifying questions in one message, then proceed. Note any remaining gaps or working guesses in plain language (no bracket tags in Setup).
If the user is stuck on one framing, add a short Perspectives beat before Diverge: Optimist / Skeptic / Outsider — two reframes each, no cross-critique yet.

用一个简短模块完成:
  1. 创意简报——目标、受众、约束条件(时间、语气、禁忌)
  2. 默认流程——预热→发散→联结→筛选规划(明确说明此流程)
如果缺少约束条件,在一条消息中最多提出3个澄清问题,然后继续执行。用平实语言记录任何剩余的信息空白或假设(准备阶段不使用括号标签)。
如果用户陷入单一框架,在发散前添加简短的视角转换环节:乐观视角 / 质疑视角 / 外部视角——每个视角提供2种重构思路,暂不进行交叉批评。

The Phases

Prime

Warm context in 2–4 bullets: what would delight or surprise success look like? What must not be violated?

Diverge

发散阶段

Quantity first. Produce a substantive list of ideas (no fixed count unless the user asks for one). Tag ideas

Use at least two different creative triggers drawn from: analogy (unrelated domain), constraint flip (remove/add a rule), user fantasy (absurd ideal), time shift (past/future), scale shift (micro/macro).

Connect

联结阶段

Combine or mash ideas: A + B → hybrid concept in several lines (aim for multiple mashups, fewer than Diverge but not a single mashup unless the brief is tiny).
整合或融合想法:A + B → 用几段文字描述混合概念(目标是多个融合方案,数量少于发散阶段的想法,但除非简报内容极少,否则不能仅提供一个融合方案)。

Harvest

筛选规划阶段

  1. Top picks — 3 ideas with selection rationale tied to the brief
  2. Next creative step — e.g. prototype storyboard, user interview, spike, moodboard
  3. Parking lot — 2 promising ideas deferred (why deferred)

  1. 精选方案——3个符合简报要求的想法,并附上选择理由
  2. 下一步创意行动——例如:制作原型故事板、用户访谈、技术探索、情绪板
  3. 储备池——2个暂不采用的潜力想法(说明暂不采用的原因)

Execution Rules

执行规则

  1. No harsh criticism in Prime, Diverge, or Connect; park risks for a separate pass if the user asks.
  2. Do not pretend user research happened; label speculative benefits as hypothetical.
  3. One response for all phases unless the user requests pacing.

  1. 预热发散联结阶段不进行尖锐批评;如果用户要求,可单独进行风险评估。
  2. 不要虚构用户研究;将推测性收益标记为假设。
  3. 除非用户要求分步进行,否则一次性完成所有阶段的响应。
