yetong-promo: Course WeChat Moments Marketing
Solves the recurring problem of “I have a course, but don’t know who to sell it to, how to explain its value, or what to post on WeChat Moments each day.” It organizes content using Ye Tong’s method, then fills it with the current coach’s own city, product, experience, service actions, and expression habits; it does not impose one person’s story on everyone.
Entry and Stop Conditions
- Only handle course promotion aimed at the coach’s own local, in-person members. If the request is only for Xiaohongshu copy, return it to . If it is only for persona-based WeChat Moments content, peer training, or business diagnosis, do not claim that this module covers it; return it to the main entry point for routing.
- Personalized product positioning, scheduling, and copy must first be based on an explicitly provided, activated , or an equivalent complete profile confirmed and handed over by the onboarding module during the current round. Do not search other people’s private directories. When the script can be executed, run
python3 scripts/check_profile.py <user-explicitly-specified-profile-path>
relative to this Skill directory. Exit code 0 only means that the structure and activation checks passed; it does not prove that the facts or permissions are valid. On exit code 2 or 3, stop personalized output and transfer the task to . In an environment without the script, check each required field: schema_version=2, the coach’s own identity, local city and audience, status=active, confirmed_at, product, expression, permissions, and the DNA summary. Merely claiming that a profile is activated without a readable profile does not pass.
- If it is not activated, say: “Your persona DNA has not yet been activated, so personalized course marketing remains locked. Complete and confirm your own profile first; only then can the course’s advantages be connected with the local audience and your authentic voice.” You may explain the method or provide a blank information card, but do not generate pseudo-personalized finished copy, and do not use Ye Tong’s profile as a substitute.
- Reuse an existing profile rather than revisiting the coach’s life story for every new course. Handle a new course through the current product information card. Return to DNA verification only when there is a conflict involving the coach’s name, city, professional identity, qualifications, or core business.
- Do not post to WeChat Moments, send private messages, collect payments, create groups, change product prices, or make promises on the user’s behalf. Do not generate payment screenshots, customer reviews, before-and-after result graphics, or claims about queues. Without publishing permission, do not imply that content has been verified as ready to publish.
Select the Task First, Then Read the Relevant Methods
After passing the activation threshold, read Product Information and Evidence Card and add only the product facts that will change the current output. When beginning positioning or scheduling, read Marketing Method in full. Before recommending specific writing approaches or drafting copy, read Frameworks and Automatic Matching in full. These three references jointly constrain facts and permissions and do not depend on the original PDF, images, or DBS files.
| What the User Wants | Deliverable for This Round | What Not to Impose |
|---|
| Only the course name, with no promotion idea | The minimum necessary product clarification questions; organize known information into an information card | Do not infer efficacy, participant count, price, or course mechanics from the name |
| Only marketing ideas or positioning | Product → local-first audience → stated goal and underlying concern → advantage evidence chain → four-section strategy and actions | Do not automatically generate dozens of finished drafts |
| A complete promotion plan | Fact card, schedule for the specified period, framework and asset status for each item, and corresponding copy or a clearly labeled outline | Do not hide missing assets behind finished copy about a “hot seller” or “transformation” |
| What to post today | Recommendations and copy for the number of posts specified by the user; four by default | Do not expand the request into a complete long-term campaign |
| A single WeChat Moments post or revision of an existing draft | Select one framework, verify facts and permissions, and deliver one finished draft with any necessary checks | Do not redo all previously confirmed materials |
| Continue an existing promotion plan by writing the next day | Check the current date or day sequence, product changes, and newly available assets, then continue the same plan | Do not treat the same case as a new result for that day |
A proposed course may be used for internal positioning and conditional scheduling, but it must not be presented as already on sale, as a trial that has already occurred, or as having achieved results. Only a confirmed, genuine course may receive member-facing finished copy. Do not continue recruiting for a paused or inactive product; first confirm its current delivery status. Missing nonessential price or result information does not prevent a genuine course from being introduced, and the rule that drafts must not masquerade as facts must not be interpreted as requiring a new course to have a successful case before it can be promoted.
From DNA to the Reason to Buy This Course
- Extract the following from the coach’s DNA: accurate city and service radius, venue advantages, the local people the coach can realistically serve, stated goals, underlying concerns and the customer’s own wording, years of professional identity and genuine qualifications, professional strengths, in-class standards, off-class service, authorized highlights, and expression fingerprint. Use only fields relevant to the current task, and do not guess when the profile does not cover something.
- Extract the current course information from the product card: what it provides, how it is delivered, applicable conditions, current genuine rules, stage and desired action, available assets, and authorization. Keep unconfirmed course features as internal assumptions; rules from an old product do not automatically carry over.
“Not provided this round” or “I don’t know” only identifies an information gap; it does not prove that the fact does not exist or has not been decided. If no price, time, or benefit is given, do not write about it. In finished copy, do not turn an omission into a new fact such as “the price has not been set” or “there is no after-class service.” Such wording is allowed only when the user explicitly says it is undecided or absent.
- Express every advantage as “specific concern → confirmed action or standard → practical benefit to the member → source that can be checked.” Keep venue history, personal history, and this course’s history separate. A change in a case belongs to that individual and does not guarantee the same result for everyone. Do not infer certificates or rehabilitation capabilities from the course name.
- Audience fit is a planning judgment: prioritize the coach’s existing local audience, and label new audience segments as “recommended for validation.” Do not automatically equate mothers, women, or office workers with a particular psychological or physical condition, and do not speculate about surrounding foot traffic.
Automatically Match Copy and Turn It into Daily Posts
Label the following three dimensions separately and do not mix them:
- Promotion segment P1: direct product promotion; P2: reason to choose; P3: usage experience or change; P4: genuine new purchase, repurchase, or booking.
- The original package’s four primary content types: persona-based, marketing, altruistic, and traffic/interaction.
- Image structures I1–I5, writing methods F01–F05, and marketing subcategories M01 customer inquiry, M02 customer feedback, M03 payment screenshot, and M04 member transformation.
Select the primary framework according to the purpose and genuine evidence. Use M01 only for a real inquiry. Use M02 or F04 only for authorized feedback. Use M03 only for a genuine new purchase or repurchase, and F05 only for a booking. Use M04 only for a change that has been verified for this course. When there is no customer event, use F01 for introductions, F02 for standards, or F03 for carefully scoped educational content; do not fabricate “a customer asked” or “customers say.” Each scheduled post should select one primary framework, and supporting evidence does not need to complete every step.
Continuously organize A1 course tag, A2 process standard, A3 customer result, A4 genuine client decision, and A5 coach check-in. Do not turn these into a funnel in which each item is performed once on days 1 through 5. The user’s specified period or frequency takes priority. If a complete plan does not specify one, you may begin with an adjustable “7 days, 4 posts per day” example and clearly state that this is a scheduling assumption, not the course duration or a proven optimal frequency. Ye Tong’s experience of posting about four or five times per day does not guarantee a breakout product or successful sales.
When publishing four posts per day, combine A2 and A5. For five posts, list the coach’s check-in separately. When evidence of results, transactions, or a same-day check-in is missing, mark the original slot as “unmet,” provide alternative content that can be written from confirmed facts, and label the replacement with its genuine P and type. Do not mislabel replacement educational content as customer feedback or a transaction. An asset-collection plan is a pending task, not an event that has already occurred.
Delivery and Pre-Publication Self-Check
- Information summary: what the course provides, who it should be prioritized for, the relevant scenario and concerns, why the member should consider it, and the next action. Every fact should point back to the DNA, product card, or specific asset.
- Each recommendation: primary P, operational action A, primary content type, F/M, I, purpose, asset status, and source. Put classification notes outside the copy, and do not expose internal codes in the customer-facing WeChat Moments post.
- Finished copy: write in the coach’s own voice, with sentence length and rhythm derived from their genuine expression. If the tone still needs calibration, label it “trial draft pending tone calibration”; do not claim that it is a highly faithful reproduction. End only with an inquiry or booking path that already exists, and do not invent free classes, discounts, limited spots, or deadlines.
- Schedule: day sequence or date, item, theme, framework, purpose, required assets, status, finished copy or an outline that can be written only after assets are collected, and pre-publication do-not-write points. Provide a schedule only when the user wants ideas rather than finished copy. If the user requests complete daily copy, finish every day rather than providing only a template. Keep gap-filling outlines separate from genuine alternative copy that can be published that day.
- Check authorization and redaction separately for customer feedback, chat screenshots, body photos, and payment screenshots. Anonymization does not equal authorization. Do not expose payment identifiers, contact details, or combinations of information that allow reverse identification. Permission to use the underlying facts does not automatically grant permission to publish a screenshot or photo.
- Verify service frequency, product attribution, start and end times, and numerical calculations. A new purchase is not a repurchase, a booking is not a closed sale, and results from an old course are not results from a new course. Without evidence, do not write claims such as “selling like crazy,” “fully booked,” “guaranteed weight loss,” or “no rebound.”
- End with next steps: which genuine posts are usable today, which assets are missing, how to obtain public permission, and which posts should be paused. Do not repeatedly ask for facts and permissions the user has already provided.
Finish after delivering an executable plan with clear boundaries. Product positioning recommendations, WeChat Moments posting frequency, and case feedback do not guarantee marketing performance.
