Canva Downloader is being designed to sit inside the browser and work alongside the Canva editor. The goal is to detect the active design in your workspace, let you choose which pages or assets to save, and produce standard image, document, or video files that live on your local machine rather than solely in Canva's cloud storage.

How It Will Work

  2. Open the Canva web editor and sign in to your account.
  3. Navigate to the design, presentation, or video project you want to save.
  4. Open the design in the editor so the browser renders the canvas content.
  5. Open the extension popup to see the detected design and its pages.
  6. Select the specific pages, slides, or the full project you want to export.
  7. Choose your preferred format and quality settings from the available options.
  8. Start the download and save the files to your local machine.
