Work Stages

  1. Establish stable object IDs for data, code, protocols, materials, models, and supplementary files, and record the holder and current version.
  2. Check ethical consent, privacy, contracts, intellectual property, and institutional policies to determine whether each object allows public access, controlled access, access upon request, or no access.
  3. Record the actual access path, access conditions, approver, estimated time, and fallback plan for each object; do not only write the repository name.
  4. Verify persistent identifiers, versions, file formats, metadata, licenses, embargo periods, and relationships between objects.
  5. Connect the analyses, charts, and main judgments in the paper to the corresponding data, code, and material objects.
  6. Conduct minimal access testing from non-privileged entrances when authorized, and record the test date, return results, and reasons for inaccessibility.
  7. Generate an object ledger, accessibility status, and draft data statement, leaving unconfirmed content for the responsible person to confirm.

Operating Rules

  • 公开、可取得、可互操作和可复用是不同状态，分别核验。

  • Public availability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability are different states and should be verified separately.
  • Controlled access materials can meet accessibility requirements, but must have executable application entrances and approval rules.
  • Only having a repository homepage, project homepage, or personal cloud disk link cannot prove that a specific version is accessible.
  • Persistent identifiers must point to clear objects and versions; do not use the paper DOI instead of data or code identifiers.
  • When data cannot be made public, still save publicly available metadata, reasons for restrictions, and contact paths, unless this also violates rules.
  • Licenses, ethical consent, and data usage agreements restrict reusability separately and cannot replace each other.
  • Analysis code, runtime environment, and dependency versions belong to the reproduction path; do not only list raw data.
  • Raw data, processed data, derived variables, synthetic data, and sample data should be marked separately.
  • Unissued DOIs, accessions, or embargo end dates are marked as pending confirmation and not written as effective.
  • Access testing only proves the path status at the time of testing, not the quality or long-term availability of materials.
  • Each object in the data statement should be traceable back to the object ledger; do not cover different restrictions with a general statement.
  • Journal, funder, and institutional requirements may change; verify the current official page before submission.
  • Sensitive data should not be uploaded to unapproved services, and access control should not be bypassed for testing.
  • When materials cannot be found, retain the missing status and responsible person; do not generate non-existent files, links, licenses, or approval records.

独立运行

Standalone Operation

  • 默认不读取私人工作区、个人语料目录或预设 research-lab。
  • 用户提供的文件、文本、链接和数据是当前任务输入，不是安装依赖。
  • 网络不可用时，使用 Skill 内的稳定方法继续；需要当前事实的部分标记为待核验。
  • 本包内其他科研 Skill 存在时可以接续；单独安装时直接返回下一步说明，不停止当前任务。
  • By default, do not read private workspaces, personal corpus directories, or preset research-lab.
  • Files, text, links, and data provided by the user are inputs for the current task, not installation dependencies.
  • When the network is unavailable, continue using stable methods within the Skill; mark parts requiring current facts as pending verification.
  • Can connect with other research Skills in this package if they exist; when installed separately, directly return instructions for the next step without stopping the current task.
