Work Phases

  1. Define the research questions, decisions, and time scope for the evidence map service.
  2. Establish a stable ID for each study and link it to the original text or verifiable identifiers.
  3. Extract information on study design, population, exposure or intervention, comparison, outcomes, timing, and effects.
  4. Record risk of bias, applicability, precision, and directness separately.
  5. Label relationships as supporting, refuting, limiting, incomparable, or pending verification.
  6. Output evidence clusters, causes of conflicts, gaps, and next steps for evidence collection.

Operational Rules

  • 证据图先固定节点定义,再建立关系。
  • 研究结论和当前综合判断要分开保存。
  • 不同构念、测量工具或时间点不能因为名称相近就合并。
  • 效应方向、效应大小和不确定性要分开记录。
  • 无统计学显著性不等于没有效应。
  • 高偏倚风险研究可以保留,但不能与低风险研究等权处理。
  • 冲突先检查人群、设计、测量、分析和时间差异。
  • 证据缺口要区分没有研究、没有可用全文和结果未报告。
  • 每条严格关系必须有原文位置或结构化记录支持。
  • 证据确定性是结果层判断,不是给整篇论文贴一个分数。

  • The evidence map first fixes node definitions before establishing relationships.
  • Study conclusions and current comprehensive judgments must be stored separately.
  • Different constructs, measurement tools, or time points cannot be merged just because their names are similar.
  • Effect direction, effect size, and uncertainty must be recorded separately.
  • Lack of statistical significance does not mean no effect exists.
  • Studies with high risk of bias can be retained but cannot be treated equally with low-risk studies.
  • When conflicts arise, first check for differences in population, design, measurement, analysis, and timing.
  • Evidence gaps should be distinguished between no research available, no full text accessible, and unreported results.
  • Each strict relationship must be supported by the original text location or structured records.
  • Evidence certainty is a judgment at the outcome level, not a score assigned to the entire paper.
  • The map can display relationships but cannot automatically complete causal inference.
  • When adding new evidence, retain the old judgments and reasons for changes.

Stop Conditions

  • 摘要不足以判断方法或结果时,标记待全文核对。
  • 缺少共同结果口径时,不做数值合并。
  • 不把图中连接数量当成证据强度。
  • 没有来源定位的关系只能进入候选区。
  • When the abstract is insufficient to judge the method or results, mark it as pending full-text verification.
  • Do not perform numerical merging when there is a lack of common outcome standards.
  • Do not treat the number of connections in the map as evidence strength.
  • Relationships without source localization can only enter the candidate area.

独立运行

Standalone Operation

  • 默认不读取私人工作区、个人语料目录或预设 research-lab。
  • 用户提供的文件、文本、链接和数据是当前任务输入,不是安装依赖。
  • 网络不可用时,使用 Skill 内的稳定方法继续;需要当前事实的部分标记为待核验。
  • 本包内其他科研 Skill 存在时可以接续;单独安装时直接返回下一步说明,不停止当前任务。
  • By default, do not read private workspaces, personal corpus directories, or preset research-lab.
  • Files, text, links, and data provided by the user are input for the current task, not installation dependencies.
  • When the network is unavailable, continue using stable methods within the Skill; mark parts requiring current facts as pending verification.
  • Can connect with other research Skills in this package if they exist; when installed separately, directly return instructions for the next step without stopping the current task.
