Rapid Triage

1. Show only what matters - priority and people mail:

2. For each email, decide in seconds. Read the thread only if needed:

3. Take immediate action:
   • Reply now (important, only you can answer):

4. Batch-archive notifications and newsletters without reviewing individually:

Aggressive Delegation

1. Review the team to check capacity:

4. Find shared inbox bottlenecks:

5. Present a summary: open items per team, unassigned work, any overloaded members.

Investor and Board Communications

1. Search for relevant threads:

2. Pull correspondence with specific investors:

3. Draft the update:
   bash

4. Always confirm drafts with the user before creating them.

Selective Engagement

1. Process priority first - these are auto-detected as important or manually flagged:

2. Then people mail - real conversations:

3. Skip notifications and newsletters unless the user specifically asks.
4. Pending invitations deserve a quick scan:

Tips

• The founder's time is the scarcest resource. Default to delegating unless only the founder can reply.
• Use

  snooze

  liberally - it's better to defer than to leave something unread and forgotten.

• assigned_by:me

  is your delegation dashboard. Check it daily.
• For recurring reporting, remember the team names and shared inbox identifiers to skip the discovery step.
• Batch operations are your friend - archive, assign, or mark-as-done in bulk.
• Keep the priority category well-tuned with

  for key relationships.
• If notifications are overwhelming, use

  to collapse noisy senders.
