- Minimal draft: Record the minimal SKILL.md inputs, workflow, failure branches,
approval boundaries, completion criteria, output contract, and prohibitions

- Approval checkpoint: After rereading , follow the checkpoint and

preserve the pre-write contents, write with an atomic rename, then reread and
