Activate this skill when users waver between confidence and caution—either blindly optimistic and aggressive, or overly anxious and hesitant. Typical trigger signals: The team loses confidence in the face of difficulties, or conversely becomes overinflated when things go well, and swings from one extreme to the other in decision-making. Non-call scenarios: The team is in a healthy state (both confident and cautious), pure execution tasks do not require psychological adjustment, and the problem is technical rather than psychological. Difference from the "Strategy-Tactics Dialectics" skill: This skill solves "psychological state management of executors" (mental level), while the latter solves "strategic design of offensive and defensive levels" (strategic level).

It is from this that we establish our strategic thinking. On the other hand, they are living, iron, real tigers that can eat people. It is from this that we establish our strategic and tactical thinking." — Annotation to "Talk with American Journalist Anna Louise Strong" (1957)
"It is a ship at sea whose mast tip is already visible from the shore; it is a rising sun seen from the top of a high mountain, its rays shooting out and about to burst forth; it is a baby stirring in its mother's womb, soon to be born." — "A Single Spark Can Start a Prairie Fire" (January 1930)
