wewrite-rewrite — One Source, Multi-platform Rewrite

Operating Conventions

• CLI: Deterministic operations use the

  wewrite

  command (must be in PATH; if missing, guide users to run

  uv tool install wewrite

  , or run

  bash install.sh

  in the repository).
• {home}: User state directory =

  $WEWRITE_HOME

  or

  ~/.wewrite

  (check with

  wewrite home

  ). All config/style/history/playbook/output/exemplars are stored in {home}, not in the repository; state paths in references documents follow the same convention.

  = Actually read the entire file using a file reading tool before proceeding; this is not a comment.
• references/: This skill comes with

  {skill_dir}/references/

  in references documents refers to the directory of this skill.
• Task Status: Use

  wewrite run show

  to read the current task.

Prerequisites

1. Source Article: Resolved by priority — user-specified file/pasted content >

   artifacts.article

   of the current task. If neither exists → ask the user "Which article do you want to rewrite? Give me the file path or paste the full text directly". Once confirmed, copy/save the source to

   source.md

   in the current task directory (used for quality gates).
2. Target Platforms: Use the platforms specified by the user; if not specified → list available platforms under

   {skill_dir}/platforms/

   (currently: xiaohongshu (Xiaohongshu), douyin (Douyin)) and ask the user which ones to use, or "all".

Execution

读取: {skill_dir}/references/multiplatform-rewrite.md

1. 读取: {skill_dir}/platforms/<id>.yaml

   , rewrite according to its

   rewrite_brief

   , word count range, number of tags, and output format.
2. Comply with the original content rules in multiplatform-rewrite.md (content-level genuine rewriting, restructuring information order/opening/expression, not article spinning) and persona consistency requirements (the core of the persona remains unchanged, only the expression style is adapted).
3. Pass the dual quality gates (see the "Quality Gate" section in multiplatform-rewrite.md): quality_score ≥ 60, and

   max_similarity

   with the source and other platform versions ≤ 0.6; if not passed, rewrite this version, up to 2 times.
4. Write to

   <platform's output_filename>

   in the current task directory, do not overwrite the source draft or other tasks.
