Perks and benefits management (requires employer auth)

Public job posting (no account needed)

Talent sourcing (public, no auth)

Candidate messaging (requires employer auth)

Screening questions
When posting jobs, you can include screening questions. Three types are supported:
- Boolean: Yes/no questions (e.g., "Do you have a valid US work permit?")
- Text: Free-form response (e.g., "Describe your experience with distributed systems.")
- Multiple choice: Select from options (e.g., "Preferred start date: Immediately / 2 weeks / 1 month / Flexible")
When the user describes screening questions in natural language, structure them into the correct format for the
