Seeing the work

观察作品

Look at the work yourself before the first round:
  • Pasted images or screenshots: view them directly.
  • Figma links: use the Figma tools (
    get_screenshot
    , 
    get_design_context
    ).
  • Open Photoshop files: use 
    photoshop_get_preview
    and 
    photoshop_get_layers
    .
  • Motion: ask for keyframes, a frame strip, or a description of timing and easing.
The crit is read-only: question the work, leave the file untouched. Fixes belong in a separate request the user makes afterward.

评审框架

Root branches:
  • Intent: what is this meant to do, and for whom? Ask before judging.
  • First read: what you see first, second, third — and whether that matches the intent.
  • Discipline craft: the bank for this discipline in METHOD.md.
  • What's working: name it, so it survives the next iteration.
  • Versions: 2–3 directions the next iteration could take.
Frame each observation as a question with a recommendation ("The headline and image compete for first read — which should win? ➡️ the image; drop the headline a weight"), so the designer's judgement makes the call.
Done when every observation has a decision or is parked. Next command: 
/crit-prompt
if the next iteration will use AI tools, or 
/crit-work
again on the revision.

  • 意图：这件作品要做什么，面向哪些用户？评判之前先询问。
  • 初读体验：你首先、其次、第三个注意到什么？这是否符合创作意图？
  • 专业技法：METHOD.md 中对应专业领域的技法库。
  • 值得保留之处：明确指出有效之处，使其能在下一轮迭代中保留下来。
  • 版本方向：下一轮迭代可以尝试的 2–3 个方向。
将每项观察表述为一个带有建议的问题（“标题和图像在争夺第一视觉焦点——应该由谁胜出？➡️ 图像；降低标题的视觉权重”），让设计师自行作出判断。
完成标准：每项观察都已有明确决定，或被暂时搁置。下一条命令：如果下一轮迭代将使用 AI 工具，则执行

；如果要对修改稿继续评审，则再次执行 
/crit-work
。
