ATS Resume Auditor

When there is no JD, only check parseability and structure; when there is a JD, separate "presentation issues that can be directly improved" from "genuine capability gaps that must be retained" in the report. It does not replace JD analysis nor decide whether to submit the resume.

Workflow

Check input format, availability of extractable text, standard section headings, and reading order of the main text.
For HTML, check risks such as text carried by images, tables, complex positioning, headers/footers, non-copyable text; for PDF, check page count and text extraction.
Read keywords from JD analysis, and report coverage status by "exact match / related expression / missing in confirmed candidate facts".
Provide two types of suggestions: presentation fixes (can be done directly) and fact gaps (can only be followed up on or retained).
When export is needed, generate ATS-safe HTML/PDF with single-column layout, standard headings, and plain text from the same fact source; do not add skills to improve matching rates.
