litigation-analysis
Version: 1.3.0
Last Updated: 2026-02-07
Description: Litigation analysis tool supporting full-process analysis of complaints, judgments and hearing transcripts
Feature Overview
This skill supports three litigation document analysis scenarios:
Scenario 1: Complaint and Evidence Analysis (Lawsuit Starting Point)
For complaints and evidence materials in the early stage of a case, conduct rapid assessment and strategy formulation:
- Internal Version: Lawsuit claim analysis, factual assertion sorting, evidence evaluation, risk identification
- Client Version: Case status explanation, expected risks, supplementary evidence suggestions
Core Objective: Rapidly assess the foundation of the case, identify risks and evidence gaps, and formulate initial strategies
Scenario 2: Judgment Analysis (Core Function)
For judgments (first instance/second instance) sent by senior lawyers or clients, intelligently analyze the case situation and generate three-tier progressive outputs:
- Internal Version: For leading lawyers, comprehensive and in-depth, professional argumentation, quickly grasp core points
- Research Version: For lawyers/researchers, identify legal issues based on the internal version and generate research topics
- Client Version: For non-legal professionals, simplified presentation based on the internal version, easy to understand
Core Objective: Understand what happened in the judgment, decide whether to appeal/retrial, and help win clients/cases
Scenario 3: Hearing Transcript Analysis
For the text transcript of the hearing record after the trial (may come from audio transcription, manual recording or court system export), generate a structured trial review analysis report:
- Focus of Disputes Induction: Core focus of disputes summarized by the court
- Evidence Cross-examination Status: Evidence of both parties and cross-examination opinions
- Judge's Question Analysis: Key questions from the judge and possible revealed tendencies
- Time Limit Arrangement Sorting: Judge's requirements and time limit arrangements
- Strategy Suggestions: Next litigation strategies and action plans
Core Objective: Trial review, team communication, strategy adjustment, time limit management
Core Positioning
Main Processing Objects
Judgments (first instance judgment, second instance judgment) - Structured in-depth extraction
- This is the core processing object of this skill
- Usually 100-500 lines, information-intensive
- Requires complete factual finding chain, legal logic analysis, judgment result interpretation
Supplementary Reference Documents
When clients or senior lawyers provide other documents at the same time, they can be used as supplementary references:
- Complaint: Understand the plaintiff's claims and lawsuit requests
- Appeal Petition: Understand the reasons for appeal and new evidence
- Answer: Understand the opponent's defense and refutation evidence
- Hearing Transcript: Understand the trial process and cross-examination status (see Hearing Transcript Processing)
Note: Complaints, appeal petitions, answers, etc. are not the main processing objects, and are only used as supplementary references to help understand the content of the judgment. The hearing transcript can be processed independently to generate a trial review analysis report.
Core Features
- Dual Scenario Support: Judgment analysis (core) + Hearing transcript analysis
- Supplementary Reference Integration: Can process supplementary documents such as complaints, appeal petitions, answers at the same time
- Structured In-depth Extraction: Complete extraction based on the standardized structure of judgments/hearing transcripts
- Progressive Output System: Three-tier output for judgments (internal version → research version → client version), single-tier output for hearing transcripts (review analysis report)
- Decision Support-oriented: Provide professional support for appeal/retrial decisions or trial strategy adjustments
