Format the finalized Markdown draft for a WeChat Official Account and write it to the account’s Drafts folder. Use this when the user says "publish to the WeChat Official Account," "write to Drafts," "format for the WeChat Official Account," "change the formatting theme," or "post a WeChat image-only post (Little Green Book)." Automatically upload the cover and in-article images, with support for multiple themes, custom CSS, multiple accounts, and server mode. It only creates drafts and never mass-sends. Credentials are supplied exclusively through environment variables; if the adapter tool is not installed, deliver a manual publishing package instead.
