Doubaoya (doubaoya / Benya) Skill Reconciliation Updater: Reconciles the local set of Benya skills with the current full set in the official repository — archive those removed from upstream, install newly added ones, refresh outdated ones, and finally perform a self-check. Identify packages by content hash; leave third-party packages and your modified ones untouched. Instead of deleting removed packages, move them to an archive directory. Reconciles the installed doubaoya skills to the upstream set, then self-checks.
