Use this whenever the user wants to refine, sharpen, tighten, or upgrade an existing prompt or skill, asks to "make it better," or wants a small high-leverage edit instead of a full rewrite — even if they don't explicitly mention tuning.
Apply when refactoring, evaluating diff size, or tempted to add abstractions, layers, or signal threading. Bias toward deletion and the smallest change that solves the problem.
