Scenarios not to call: Normal competition with equal strength between both parties, overall advantage already exists and only needs execution, the problem is not at the level of offense-defense conversion. Difference from the "Sixteen-Character Formula" skill: This skill solves "how to create micro initiative in macro passivity" (dialectics of offense and defense), while the latter solves "choosing rhythm based on the opponent's state" (timing judgment).
