Expert skill for building, customizing, and embedding the FlipOff split-flap display emulator — a free, offline-capable web app that turns any browser/TV into a retro airport departure board.
Restore session state from handoff artifacts and route to the next action. Priority cascade: HANDOFF.json (highest) > .continue-here.md > incomplete task_plan.md > git log. Presents a status dashboard, then executes the next action. Use for "resume", "continue", "pick up where I left off", "what was I doing", "continue work". Do NOT use for starting new tasks (use /do), reviewing past sessions (use /retro), or reading task plans (read task_plan.md directly).
Orchestrate agile development workflows by invoking commands in sequence with checkpoint-based flow control. This skill should be used when the user asks to 'run the workflow', 'continue working', 'what's next', 'complete the task cycle', 'start my day', 'end the sprint', 'implement the next task', or wants guided step-by-step development assistance. Platform-agnostic git-only workflow without PR integration. Keywords: workflow, orchestrate, agile, task cycle, sprint, daily, implement, review, merge, standup, retrospective, git.
Scores completed OKR sets at cycle close with KR-level scoring per the canonical OKR type enum (committed | aspirational | learning | operational_health | compliance_or_safety), committed-vs-aspirational interpretation, evidence quality assessment, learning synthesis, and next-cycle recommendations. Refuses to retroactively change targets or shrink committed scope, average away guardrail KRs, treat 0.7 as success for committed or compliance_or_safety KRs, equate effort with impact, or use scores for individual performance. Hands off to iterate-lessons-log, iterate-retrospective, define-hypothesis, measure-dashboard-requirements, measure-instrumentation-spec, and foundation-okr-writer.
Use this skill when managing production incidents, designing on-call rotations, writing runbooks, conducting post-mortems, setting up status pages, or running war rooms. Triggers on incident response, incident commander, on-call schedule, pager escalation, runbook authoring, post-incident review, blameless retro, status page updates, war room coordination, severity classification, and any task requiring structured incident lifecycle management.
/cs:post-mortem <decision> — Honest retrospective on an executed decision, scored against original assumptions and dissent. Closes the strategic sprint loop.
Generates structured OKR plans (Objectives and Key Results) for teams and companies following Google/Intel methodology. Takes company goals, team function, quarter, and current metrics to produce a comprehensive okr-plan.md with objectives, key results, scoring criteria, alignment mapping, tracking cadence, and retrospective templates.
Integrated Collaboration for PRD + Executable Test Cases (Development Paradigm v2 Definition Section). Input is a finalized split task/requirement; outputs 4 files: PRD-MD and Test Case-MD (fact sources for AI) + two template-based review HTMLs (for human review, strictly 1:1 with MD). Co-write and iterate with users: autonomously read code after understanding requirements before writing; story-driven + phased single-point confirmation; UI stories include ASCII wireframes + Mermaid capabilities. Triggers: organizing/writing/refining PRDs, requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, test benchmarks, test plans. Not applicable to: ambiguous requirements not split into tasks (use issue-pool first), unexplored interface solutions (use design-exploration first, whose output requirement-summary.md is exactly the input for this skill), small requirements for modifying an already launched feature (use req-change-workflow), long HTML articles/retrospectives/reports for human reading (use readable-output), project-level framework plans and version roadmaps (use issue-pool), writing code or running tests (this skill only produces documents, does not implement or execute cases).
Builds the planning package for an RHDH scrum team's next sprint from Jira RHIDP, RHDHPLAN, RHDHBUGS, and RHDHSUPP: carryover from the active sprint, three-sprint velocity, per-member capacity, the ready-for-planning queue, available capacity, suggested fill, critical customer bugs, and retro action items. Use for "plan the sprint", "sprint planning prep", "what's our capacity next sprint", "what can we commit to", or "what's carrying over". Works on a team and a sprint, not on one issue — a bare key such as RHIDP-1234 is not a sprint. Looks forward at the sprint that has not started; summarizing the one that just ended is a different job.
Structures the human review experience for factory-mode builds. Audit trail summaries, PR digests, retrospective synthesis, quality trend tracking, and autonomy tuning interface. Activate during Phase 3 human review.
Analyzes git commits and changes within a timeframe or commit range, providing structured summaries for code review, retrospectives, work logs, or session documentation.
Converts an already-set-up docs/.scrolls/ working-memory folder from dotfile-hidden (.scrolls) to visible (scrolls), renaming the folder and rewriting the path references inside it and in CLAUDE.md so nothing breaks. Use this whenever the user runs /scrolls-unhide, or asks to unhide, un-dot, or show the scrolls folder, stop hiding project memory / docs/.scrolls, or rename .scrolls to scrolls. This is the retrofit path for a project that was set up hidden and now wants it visible — for a brand-new project, /scrolls-setup's own -u/--unhide flag does this in one step and this skill isn't needed. By default checks one exact location (docs/.scrolls under the current directory); supports -r/--recurse to sweep an entire directory tree instead (e.g. every package in a monorepo in one run), repeatable -p/--path to target specific locations, -t/--reporoot to target the git repository's top level regardless of which subdirectory you're in, -l/--local to target the current directory explicitly, and the DEFAULT_SCROLLS_RELPATH environment variable to change the default location. Works on macOS, Linux, and Windows (bash or PowerShell). The opposite of /scrolls-hide.
