Create New Skill - scaffolds a skill definition following Claude Code conventions and this repository's patterns. Use when adding a new skill.
The always-on protocol for the loam skill namespace. Use at session start and whenever a loam task appears. Routes goals and other loam work, explains the memory model (memory = umbrella; wiki, guidance, and checkpoints are substrates), and lists cross-cutting rules. This is a routing/meta skill — delegate to a specific loam skill rather than performing work itself.
Search, score, scan, and import agent skills from GitHub repositories that contain SKILL.md, CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules, and similar agent skill files. Discover community skills across many tool and provider categories, evaluate relevance with heuristic scoring, check for malware or hardcoded secrets, and install into Hermes, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenCode agent directories.
Retrieve recent local Clips Rewind context when the user says "Look at Rewind," asks what just happened, or refers to something they recently said or saw.
Write, split, rename, or repair an agent skill so it activates when it should and can be proved rather than believed: a new skill, a description that never fires or fires on everything, a rule that has grown two decisions, an index that routes nothing an agent can see, a file too dense to read in one pass, or a check suite nobody has watched fail. Covers the activation surface, the routing gate, rule anatomy, page shape, naming, portability, and the invariant and mutation scripts. Use when the user says "write a skill", "this skill never triggers", "split this skill", "standardise these skills", or "how do I check this skill". Not for authoring product documentation, and not for deciding whether a task needs a skill at all.
Find refurbished/recertified used memory (RAM) on Newegg — this maps to Newegg's official Recertified/Refurbished Memory Store, covering Desktop/Laptop/Server memory, with brand, capacity, DDR generation, price, and model number info. Newegg has no C2C private used-goods marketplace; this skill returns officially refurbished / trade-in refurbished memory only. Supports semantic price intents like "cheaper option" or "budget-friendly" via a two-step semantic-search + price-enrichment flow. Triggers: "used memory", "used RAM", "refurbished memory newegg", "recertified memory", "cheap refurbished RAM", "budget refurbished memory", 二手内存条, 二手内存, 翻新内存条, Newegg二手RAM, 便宜的二手内存, 预算内的翻新内存.
Explore codebase before committing to a change. Phase executor skill for specs.explore command.
Use when an agent is asked "what did I (or my team) work on yesterday / this week / today" across provider data in a relayfile mount (Linear, GitHub, Notion, Slack, Confluence, Jira, etc.). Tells the agent to consult the pre-computed `digests/yesterday.md` (and sibling digest files) at the workspace root BEFORE doing manual exploration with `ls`/`grep`/`find`. The digest is deterministic, exhaustive over the window, and costs one file read instead of dozens of provider queries.
Applies this repository's skill-authoring standard as a procedure. Use for any change to, or judgment about, a file under skills/** — a SKILL.md, a reference, a persona prompt, a bundled script's instructions: creating a skill, editing one, reviewing a skill change, or acting on review feedback (human or bot) about one. Not for src/, tests/, or scripts/ code.
[user/auto] 하나의 observed 또는 measured Agent Skill anomaly를 fresh context에서 재현·격리한 뒤, 검증된 skill objective를 tk-learn으로 라우팅한다. selection, instruction, output, host, eval, stability 또는 resource incident에 사용한다. ordinary code bug, static audit, new skill creation 또는 symptom-free optimization에는 사용하지 않는다.
